And that’s not all. I was often able to sell the loan at the price I bought it for, which further increased my profit.
How I Increased My Success Rate
To maximize success, I only invested in loans that met these conditions:
- Loans from Estonia after 2019 (pre-2019 loans had contract issues).
- The borrower had verified income and expenses.
- The maximum loan amount was 5000 €.
- The borrower could have only one loan, not exceeding 20% of their income.
- The borrower’s income had to be over 1000 € per month.
- The loan had an execution order.
This approach increased the success rate of my investments. Initially, I achieved an 80% success rate, but it later dropped to 60%. However, this didn’t matter because I had positive RRR in place.
Why Did This Strategy Stop Working?
